MuleSoft (acquired by Salesforce in 2018) is now joining forces with ServiceTrace, our long-time partner and a pioneer in service/IT automation. A German company that ‘has been developing innovative Robotic Solutions for more than 15 years’ and was named a ‘visionary’ RPA provider by 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant. MuleSoft acquired ServiceTrace for an undisclosed fee and the acquisition process is expected to close in the third quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2022.
MuleSoft enables companies to unlock and integrate data from anywhere – and then govern such data efficiently. Now with the acquisition of ServiceTrace, MuleSoft will add a new revolutionary layer to its platform. With RPA integrated in MuleSoft, companies can automate business processes much faster, scale, and increase the speed of work drastically. As Brent Hayward, CEO of MuleSoft suggests:
The combination of integration, API management, and automation is required for companies to scale and increase the speed of work — from streamlining sales operations to speeding up customer case resolution. And that’s why we’re thrilled to bring together Servicetrace’s leading RPA solution with our leading API and integration platform.
ServiceTrace is very important acquisition for Salesforce too, the new RPA capabilities will boost Salesforce’s Einstein Automate solution. With ServiceTrace capabilities, Salesforce will enable end-to-end workflow automation across any system.
Congratulations to MuleSoft and Salesforce for joining forces with one of our long-term partners, ServiceTrace. We at Elba Technologies, a leader in deploying and operating ServiceTrace solutions, are very excited for the extended capabilities this collaboration will bring. We truly believe that this will allow our team to deploy cutting-edge solutions for our clients and partners to make the next big step in their digital transformation journey.
